Friendly staffers greeted me when I walked in and showed genuine concern for my plight. Was very happy with this clinic..The nurses and docs were very nice. Above and beyond for what I expected at a urgent care facility. more

Hey fellow Naperville residents, this place is the ideal urgent care center to have in naperville. I used to wonder if there was such a service close to Naperville, Aurora, Plainfield where urgent care meets primary care. Happy to tell you that the physicians at Doctors Immediate Care in Naperville are among the best in the field of urgent cares and primary care and immediate care. Heck they are the best primary care doctors I have ever had and I have since switched to the doctors of Doctors Immediate Care to be my PCP. I think they have great reception staff and nurses and they have doctors who actually listen instead of running busy from room to room. Gosh!! that is an out of the world experience when compared to my primary care doctor who has no time to give me appointments sometimes for couple of days or worse weeks. Now here you do not need to make an appointment, you can just walk in. And when they are open, there is a doctor always present, not like you other retail big box clinics where the staff is clueless. Another big plus is that they are pretty close to where I live by Route 59 and have extended evening and week end hours for convenience. They had to take more tests and took blood for labs, diagnosed my condition, prescribed and dispensed medication(prescription) and sent us on our way. I highly recomend my friends and family to Doctors Immediate Care in Naperville. more

Wow!! This place is great. The staff is very caring and friendly and we were on our way in 45 minutes. I went in for my three year old daughters ear infection. Dr Jared W was very good and treated us in an efficient and deligent manner. Wish more doctors offices were like this office. Would definitely have you check it out. more

Last weekend I came down with a case of strep (very contagious) and as I was all alone I had to drive myself to the Doctors Immediate Care in Naperville. It was the closest to my place and I was lucky to get in there in a Saturday afternoon after suffering all morning with a 102 fever and swollen throat. The nurse at the reception desk was very kind and patient as she took my insurance information. After only 20 minutes she escorted me to the examination room where I waited for the Doctor. It wasn’t a long wait and he was patient and thorough even as he answered all my questions. All told I was there less then an hour with an antibiotic prescription that saved my workweek as I was able to report to the office on Monday. Thanks to everyone at Doctors Immediate care in Naperville! more
