Michale McGinnis is the owner of Divine Planet. He purchased some merchandise from us for resale in his store sometime in November 2009. Although we have an all sales final store policy, when he notified that he wanted to return some items, I agreed; provided that he returned the items within 1-2 weeks.
Michael McGinnis is an unscrupulous and unethical businessman, he attempted to sell these merchandise in his store during Christmas season.
THREE WEEKS IN JANUARY 2010 after Christmas season is over and almost two months after we had our conversation to return the merchandise, he had the nerve to demand full refund!
Beware of this guy. He is very slimy kind of a guy. He likes to tell people he is a godly man, unfortunately his actions doesn't reflect godliness.
