Diversified began in 1987 when Robin Lance ran out of room for all his things and thought maybe others had the same problem. From there he started diversified Mini Storage & Rental, INC. Being new to the community, Diversified took off and grew with the times, 28 years later they have four buildings, gated access and an extensive records management system located in its own building. The company remains a family-owned and operated on. Rob has been joined in the business by his son Ron Lance and daughter Lisa Kostyack. They pride themselves in offering convenient storage solutions for your family and look forward to serving you for years to come.
