Karen Dispenza at Raphael's Salon on Avenida Del Mar is the best manicurist in town and probably in all of Orange County. Her manicures last for 1 week, yes, 1 week! And, if you are lucky, she has just been to LA and has some really cool purses, jewellery, tops for sale too! She usually has a full schedule so call and make an appt, no walk ins!!!
