long time customers 1/18/2011

My family has had Dish Network for about 5 years now. We have never had a problem with this company. I do feel that dish has a better electronic program guide than DirecTV so I have not intentions of switching in the future. And it is the cheapest provider I’ve known. more

Good Service 1/7/2011

I had a problem with one of the remotes not working the fourth TV, when I called them, they informed me that I had the wrong remote, which they gave me. They immediately sent out the correct remote and problem solved! more
