Discount Tire

i was rotating my tires today and come to find out the i can not take the rear tires off cause discount had cross threded the dam lug nuts and now the rim will not come off this is some bs cause there was another lug on the same rim that was also crossed threded but i got that one off ill be goin to discount tomarrow and they will fix everything that they missed up so ill need 2 lug's and 2 wheel studs thank you so much discount a$$ holes more

Grease and scratches all over my wheels. Not inflated to the correct pressure and didn't install valve stem covers I had paid for, a $70 rebate started 6 hours after we bought our tires, but they didn't inform us about it. I'll never go back or recommend them. Pros: quick service Cons: No attention to detail, only in it for the bucks more

I'm writing to let you know that I did not appreciate the fact that you took advantage of a customer who did not know the first thing about buying tires, let alone a serviceman who has served his country. I like to see what kind of tires cost $634.00, if that is what tires are going for in Texas now days. You offer him a set of tires that only get 50,000 miles instead of offering him a better tire at 80,000 miles. I hope you don't sleep at night knowing you took advantage of a soldier, a young man who just got his first car, and one who is not even wise enough in this world to know when someone is ripping him off. I went to this shop to purchase a tire after realizing the tread on my front tire had almost started to crack. To be careful I parked my car and was going to just purchase the tire and replace it at home to keep from driving it at all to avoid an accident. I was advised by Discount Tires the car was safe to drive to the shop and when I returned with the vehicle I was told by a different sales person that I had to purchase four tires and that they wouldnt touch my car unless I did buy all four because it is AWD. At first I thought this was odd that they didnt disclose this prior to me bringing in the car but I agreed and left my car to be worked on. I was notified at work that the lug bolt was spinning in my hub and that they were unable to get the tire off. They gave me a referral to Meineke to have the lug bolt removed and repaired. This shop told me that Discount Tires has an account with them for vehicles that they have damaged. Then they gave me a fraudulant estimate of $480 more

I had called Discount Tires in advance before I drove out there to make sure the tires I wanted were in stock. I had never been before so I didn't know if I had to order them, etc. My dad has been using them ever since they have been in Killeen and he recommended them to me when he found out my car needed new tires. The employee that answered the phone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The wait wasn't as long as I had anticipated. Not to mention they have the best prices in town. Thanks for making my experience a lot less stressful....You guys are the best! more

This was our first visit to Discount Tire Company. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted with friendly associates. They let us (me and myhusband) browse around and look at the tires and came over when we asked them questions when we were ready. The associate we spoke with was very knowledable and gave us a few different options. When we made a decision- we had a time schedule and he was able to get our tires from a nearby store within a few hours since they didn't have this tire in stock. They had the best prices we could find in town, great warrenty and even had a $50 mail in rebate on the tires!!! We would definately go back and deal wtih them! more
