Discount Exhaust Works-Trailer

Needed a hitch for my car. U-haul could do it but I needed it soon and Uhaul was going to tack over $100 more to ship in the hitch I needed. The hitch was for my old 1999 Ford Taurus Station Wagon. The back hatch was broken and this could have been a deal breaker for the wrong shop. But Danny was super nice about it and didn't complain that it took extra time and effort. He even fixed the back so it opens and closes the right way. Talk about above and beyond. I was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the shop (including comfortable leather couches and pretty decent free coffee). If I weren't moving to another state I would definitely use them next time I needed exhaust work. more

Had some headers put on a 2010 Camaro only to find out later that Discount Exhaust Works took the cheap route when using the proper equipment to make this install complete. Wire's appeared to be burnt and fread from the heat, looks like they broke a wire and had to replace it by getting a piece from another wire...bolts appear to be used, cheap bolts along with some being too short so they used washers to feel the gaps. They provide a 10% discount as a courtesy to the Soldiers, but what they don't tell you is this is their invitation to screw you over. When I contacted the owner his only comment was "not my shop". Well did it just magically appear....Ummm, no! There was no bring it by, let me look at it or I'm sorry you are having an issue, what can we do to make it right....just "not my shop." $2000 later and my business no longer means anything to them-never again. more
