I cannot rate the service if I haven't gotten my Jeep back, brought in early Tuesday and this is Thursday, Is it ready? I can't recommend it until I get the vehicle back.

Mistake on not changing oil 8/8/2013

They forgot to change oil, so I had to wait an addtional time to get the oil changed. They did not charge me as a courtesy, so i left with some good faith of an honest mistake on thier part, but was given a comp. oil change due to thier mistake. more

GOOD service but a long wait. Been there for usual oil change at least 5 times since they told me about water pump. Took it to dealer to be replaced under warranty but they tell me everytime I come in that it's bad. They were suppose to clean the calcium that showed the leak. Guess it didn't work :( more

OVERCHARGED 7/18/2013

Turns out my car died for good. Since I couldn't get it fixed, I was charged the diagostic fee. I did this over the phone and told him I had a coupon for 59.95. He said "no problem - I don't need to see the coupon" so I gave him my credit card information. Turns out he charged me the 95.00 anyway!! When I called back to talk to someone, I was told by whomever answered the phone that they were new and didn't know how to do a credit, but it would be taken care of. To this date - nothing. Over charged me 35.05. Other than THAT - everything went well! Weird thing - the manager ended up buying my vehicle from the person I gave it to for a downpayment on another car. He of coursee is no longer there now. more

Very honest and reliable 7/17/2013

I've had to bring my sons car in 3 times to Discount Auto due to A/C problems. After the intial repair, Discount did not charge for the other visits. They finall pin pointed the problem and fixed. more

Nice place 7/13/2013

Get work, got my a/c working again. Jon worked hard to deal with the mean warrenty people. Got the job done in one day and delivered the car to my house after hours to make sure I had it. Only issue was in drive it out of town the day and the alternator was improperly reattached, the car broke down the next day and had to be towed to the closest dealer ship and I owed several hundred dollars to have them diagnose and correctly reattach the alternator. more

Quality/Value Waning 7/8/2013

Spikes in charges due to using straight "book" labor hours and failures to properly re-assemble components (likely due to increase in customer volume) has me considering change in service provider. more
