I recently purchased a couple of pipes from this place. When I got home with my bag I found that the clerk had not put one of them in the bag. No big deal, I'll just call them and get it taken care of, right? Wrong. When I called the clerk was immediately rude and unhelpful, suggesting that I pocketed the pipe and was attempting to scam another one from them (we're talking about a $5 one hitter here). The clerk admitted that she hadn't put my pipe in my bag, saying she ""just assumed we had taken it"". I was called an ""a**hole"" and told to f*ck off. I don't even care about the $5 or the pipe, but I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, since then I've found cheaper head shops in town with friendly employees, there's absolutely no reason to shop here.
Pros: None. There's other head shops in town.
Cons: Rude employees. Overpriced.
