Quick, very efficient and professional. 7/9/2012

My experience with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air has been good so far. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but I spoke to Mr. Dipple himself and he straightened everything out. The pricing was right, they came in way under budget. They are really nice folks there and worked out well. That was for the plumbing, and they did a lot of work correcting issues and everything seems to be working well now. I also called them for heating and air help. The technician, Will Wilson, came out and he was very professional. I even tried to trick him by asking him questions I knew the answer to. He passed with flying colors. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future. more

Fives all the way around. 7/2/2012

Dipple has been taking care of my plumbing for 20, 25, maybe thirty years. They have always been a good service. The gentlemen who came out recently, George and Mike, were courteous and professional. They told me what they were going to do, did it, and I thought they were very good representatives of the company. I am very pleased with them and happy with the service, so all in all, they deserve fives all the way around. more

Very happy with our new heater 6/21/2012

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air replaced a ratty old water heater for a new tank-less water heater. They installed it, did a wonderful job, and now we have hot water. Before our new heater was installed we had a house full of company and they said they would not be coming back because we did not have hot water in the house, which is a joke but our old water heater just didn't work. We're very happy that Billy guided us to the right unit. It works. more

Exceeded my expectations. 6/19/2012

Considering the circumstances of the day, Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air truly exceeded my expectations. It was early Sunday morning and it was Father's Day and we had a water leak. They were the worse conditions you could have on a weekend with getting a company to come out for repairs. I called two other companies, who were supposedly equal to to Dipple as far as price and work went. They all advertised 24 hour service, but only Dipple Plumbing immediately picked up. The Secretary was very good as far as taking the information and giving me a 15-20 minute time frame of when the tech would be calling me. The service tech called me within the time frame given and told me he was about an hour out, but would be here shortly. He arrived within the time he'd given me, analyzed the site and made a game plan. He executed the plan quickly and efficiently and by 3:30 that afternoon we were in the dry. The job was very satisfactorily done. I have used them twice before and both times were good, however in this situation, considering it was the weekend, on Father's Day, I felt they exceeded my expectations. They had people on call with attitudes that they were there to perform a service, so as far as their customer service went, they were outstanding. They advertise that they are available 24 hours a day, and they really lived up to it. more

Best Plumbing/HVAC in Greenville! 5/4/2012

These guys are great!!! They show up on time, they are VERY respectful of the property - cover their shoes, never leave a mess...they guarantee their work, but they don't have to because its always done right. They have done lots of work for us including a new A/C unit to replace our old one. We could not be happier! You won't be disappointed if you use them! In a world where you get what you pay for - you get MORE than what you pay for with this guys - they may cost a tiny bit more up front, but they are worth twice the price! Pros: null Cons: null more

The quality of their service gives me peace of mind that we will not have future problems with our furnaces. 2/3/2012

We had been having some issues with the furnace in our second home where our son lives. I looked for a company close to home and found Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. I called them and they came out immediately. They were terrific and so helpful. They worked with my son to show him a lot about the furnace and general upkeep. They were not condescending and just tried to help show what could help the situation. It could not have been a better experience. more

They did such a perfect job. Efficient and on time. 2/1/2012

They were supposed to be here at a certain time, and they were waiting right at my door when that time came. They were very efficient. They worked two days to fix all my issues. I was very pleased with the whole deal from start to finish. They kept my house nice and clean, making sure to were covers over their shoes. They were recommended to me by my grandson. I would recommend them to anyone after the great experience I had. more

They went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and the work they put in to get the job done. Efficient, courteous, and on time! 12/20/2011

I have a rental house. It was a Saturday afternoon and the lady called to say that her "john" was overflowing. It led to two other problems. To get started, I called Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air and within an hour and a half they came over! I had called a couple of other people and they said they didn't know if they could come today. There was a lot of ambiguity about servicing today. I had seen Dipple Plumbing on TV so I decided to try them out. They are efficient, courteous, and were on time! Cost-wise, it was probably on par with other people. I wasn't outraged but it wasn't low as I thought it would be. I liked Dipple Plumbing because of their overall quality and being on time! more

My renter was having a draining issue so I looked in the phone book and started dialing. Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air was the only company open on a Sunday, and who responded to my call. Greg came out and bless his heart he was able to fix things quickly for us! He had such a great personality and good sense of humor! Thank you Greg for working really hard and taking care of the issue so quickly. Very quick, very courteous, very satisfying! 11/14/2011

The people at Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air were extremely responsive. They were actually intelligently responsive: they realized that what was needed could probably wait the next day because it would be less expensive during the weekend. He gave us tips on what to do, and saved me $75! A lot of places would go ahead and charge you. Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air fixed a malfunctioning heat pump for me. I just let my fingers do the work in the Yellow Pages and found Dipple! We were new to the area and we were looking for someone open 24/7. We called expecting that we needed someone to come out right away. However, with Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air, we did enough work to tell you what to do and to know that we could wait until the morning! Excellent workmanship! 11/1/2011

I needed to have a new hot water heater put in, and Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air came out and did a good job installing that. When my in-laws called me up at 10:30 at night because their kitchen was flooding, I went over to analyze the damage and called Dipple, since I had just used them. They sent someone out who fixed it up after about 4 hours. The final bill was really high! My father-in-law went a little senile about that. In the end, we were very pleased with the work they did for us, it was fantastic! However, it was expensive! This company is fantastic! The personal is great, full of really good, kind and family-oriented people. The workmanship is great, I recognize good work when I see it. The only negative is that their prices are very, very high! Knowledgeable and friendly service! 9/29/2011

When Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air were here doing the work, they didn't mind me watching them do the work and asking questions. Whenever I asked a questions, they fully explained the answer to me. I really trust them a lot. I think they are fair and the have always treated me very well. I'd highly recommend them to come out and do the work for anybody! more

Very good!! 9/23/2011

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air has been around in Greenville for years. In terms of what they've done for us, we have a French drain, new wiring, a new kitchen and bathroom, and a finished basement--I can't even tell you all that they've done! Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air worked on the top of our house down the basement. We also had new doors and windows installed by them. They're expensive, but they're worth every penny. You pay for what you get. You want the best, you hire the best! more
