I travel 3-4 days per week on business. As you can imagine, chain restaurants get pretty old after a while, so I prefer to find some local flavor. I read several recommendations on Dillon's before deciding to go to cure my steak craving there. It was pretty disappointing. I ordered the Sirloin, which according to the menu is the most flavorful steak Dillon's serves. Unfortunately, it wasn't flavorful at all. The steak was bland, pretty tough and overcooked. The worst part was that I never was given the opportunity to voice my opinion since no one cared to ask how the meal was. I might go back just to see if it was just a bad cut. But, I am convinced that I should have went to Ruth's Chris just down the highway. It may be a chain, but you can count on a great steak from RC every time.
