Horrible Experience 5/2/2012

Not a great experience. I bought this really nice dress from dilliards and when I got home I realized the dress was defective so the next I go back to this location to return it and the manager says they cannot accept returns on defected merchandise. Dilliards is a store with great merchandise but the policies and the pricing are not reasonable. Just make sure that when you purchase something from here be certain that it is not defective or flawed because you will not get your money back.I would highly recommend JCPenny's over Dilliards. more

Tight Fit!! 12/29/2005

I probably spend more time in the Children's section than anywhere else. I find that it is impossible to use a stroller within the sections because it is so cluttered. While it is great to have racks and racks of clothes to choose from, it is frustrating not being able to get in to go thru it all. more
