I called the florist at Dierbergs in Shiloh. I spoke with Joyce on the phone and told her that we needed a corsage for the evenings winter ball. She asked me what color and what flower and told us that it would be ready as soon as we got there! Thank you Joyce for making sure that my son's date has a nice corsage. I really appreciate great service! Pros: Joyce helped us in a pinch Cons: no problems more
