I went in to have my oil changed and 1/19/2012

I went in to have my oil changed and had scheduled for Monday morning at 8a.m. When I showed up I discovered there was a mix-up and my appointment had been scheduled for Tuesday. Rather than making me come back they said it would not be a problem and fit me in. I appreciated them accommodating my schedule and not making be come back because of the mistake. The staff was alse very helpful. more

Just took my Acura to Dick Hannah Acura of Portland to have my timing belt replaced. The service department was easy to work with and the people were very friendly. They didn't force any extra services on me or pressure me to buy any additional services. Great place more

Went to have my brakes checked after 1/16/2012

Went to have my brakes checked after buying my car earlier this year. They didn't force any extra services on me, and took care of all my questions quickly and efficiently! I would recommend the service department at the Dick Hannah Subaru of Vancouver, WA any time for their honest and timely service. =) more

I always take my Civic to Dick Hannah because the service is excellent, even when its just the basics. This time my car was washed and vacuumed at no extra charge - I greatly appreciated that. more

I recently purchased a used Jetta from 1/6/2012

I recently purchased a used Jetta from a private owner. Yesterday I took it to Dick Hannah Volkswagen in Vancouver for a check-up. I was very, very impressed with both the service and the employees that I had contact with. The entire experience was non-stressful and pleasant. I will definitely be returning for service and repair of my car. (They also have an excellent rewards program.) more

Bought my car through DIck Hannah and 12/30/2011

Bought my car through DIck Hannah and have used both the dealership up in Vancouver and the one in Portland. Both are very professional and thorough and I feel very comfortable leaving my car with them. Their Customer's for Life Program is unlike anything offered by another dealer, and you earn points getting your everyday repairs. Will definitely be my first place to recommend when someone is looking to buy a car. more

I purchased a new Chrysler PT Cruiser 12/29/2011

I purchased a new Chrysler PT Cruiser back in 2005 and have since racked up approx. 88,000 miles. While driving recently I had a disruption in power with some additional black smoke coming out of the exhaust system. After a thorough diagnostic service it was discovered that a blown PVC valve had polluted the engine spark plugs, etc. Given an array of maintenance options I was pleased with the ultimate solution that kept my car maintenance budget in mind. I was also appreciative of the shuttle service that was made available to accommodate my schedule. Many thanks goes to Mark Peterson (Service Manager) for his personal, professional, and caring service who made recommendations and personally drove my car to make sure the technician work satisfied all my concerns. I've done all of my scheduled 12/20/2011

I've done all of my scheduled maintenance at Acura of Portland for my 2010 Jeep Patriot that I got brand new from Dick Hanna in Vancouver. To date all of the appointment have gone smoothly. They have been completed in a timely fashion and I haven't had any issues. My best experice to date came with my 24,000 mile service. I didn't have a ride back to my office and the last shuttle had just left. One of the service reps set me up witha rental quickly for the afternoon at no cost to me. It's been great doing business with them and I can only hope that there level of service continues and can be matched by other local companies. more

I bought my Honda Pilot in 2008 from 12/19/2011

I bought my Honda Pilot in 2008 from Dick Hannah Honda. I get great service every time I go whether it is for an oil change, rotation of tires, etc. Last time I had the passenger mirror replaced. Eric in parts, Nancy in service and Kyle in consumer service were very professional and helpful. The total cost of parts/labor and time were right on. (Including the shuttle van to the mall and back.) I would highly recommend this dealership. more

Acura Service 12/14/2011

I just took both of my MDX's in for service. It had been a while since I had been in to see Glen, these are my 4th and 5th Acura's and all but 1 have been taken here. I thought I could save some money by taking my cars to cheaper places (not the dealer) - boy was I wrong! Everything (except standard oil changes) they said they did, turns out they didn't. I won't be making that mistake again! Bottom line, Glen is great, honest and upfront. He never bad mouthed anyone else (and he had plenty of opportunities) and very clearly explained what was needed. He did everything he could on my behalf. Take your Acura in to and ask for Glen! more
