The staff made sure everything went smoothly, from the moment I got to the dealership I felt right at home. Maria and everyone on the staff made sure the car was ready to go and that the papers were in order. When all was said and done I ended up with a great car and no stress just the way it should be more

A big five stars to Cliff 1/25/2013

A big five stars to Cliff and everyone at Dick Edwards for working so hard to get me a car and price I could work with. Everyone was very helpful and nice, they even took the time to go over all the options and what buttons do what, after I was done signing the papers. Just an awesome dealership I recommend them to anyone looking for a car. more

got me a very fair price 1/21/2013

I recently decided that it was time to upgrade to a new truck. After talking to a few friends and looking around online I decide to buy from Dick Edwards. They were very helpful in answering the few questions I had before I came into the dealership and had the truck ready to go for a test drive when I did come in. The F-150 was perfect for me and they got me a very fair price, all said and done I was very happy with the service and everything else. more

I have bought a few cars in my life but this is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Dawn and the rest of the staff lead me through each step without rushing me and in the end we came to a price that easily fit in my monthly budget. Outstanding customer service from the minute I walked in the door to moment in left in my new car. I did a little homework online beforehand so I knew what I want and the price I want to pay for it and the staff at Dick Edwards made it happen without a big to do, they just got down to business and got the deal done. more

I was completely satisfied with my new suv. Ms. McElligott made sure that my service came first and that i recieve nothing but the best service. When one door shut Ms. McElligott opened three more for me. She made sure she persistently got me the best deal and didnt take no for an answer. They treat you just like family!! Everyone I dealt with at Dick Edwards was so nice and helpful, the staff answered all my questions honestly and found me the perfect car at the right price. Not only were the folk at DEAP able to match that price but they beat it without a lot of haggling. Everyone was professional and it made for a real pleasurable experience. If you are looking for a new car there?s no better than Dick Edwards and Davin!! Devin is great, friendly and willing to make sure you get the vehicle that you are looking for. This dealership is just outstanding in price and service and I wouldnt think of buying a car from anywhere else. more

Decided to buy the same day. 12/6/2012

I went to Dick Edwards to look at a New F-150. I was so impressed with the selection and the staff that I decided to buy the same day. I know the dealership and staff will stand behind me and my new truck in the future. Maria Goldizen was friendly, knew the Ford product and programs associated with it, and made what can be a frustrating experience a pleasant one! quick and easy 12/3/2012

They really turned my day around, Cliff and Rod work hard to find the truck I wanted. I do feel that Rod went above and beyond to secure financing, and complete the deal. I was very pleased with Rod's generosity in lending me one of his personal items which he had in the Demo pickup I bought, (a rubber bed mat), and also throwing in a receiver hitch to make my New Pickup ready for use the next morning. I do feel that Dick Edwards Auto Plaza does a better than most job in making the purchase quick and easy. more
