Horrible. Van Ness "creates" and reports under oath false cases. Cases which had no criminal or civil charges. No findings. No witnesses. No trials. No injuries. No emercency room records. No notice to appear in court. No defense. No contact with those with first-hand info. No due process. Yet, she does file Agreed Orders that were never agreed upon. Reprots wherein her witnesses had no name. Non-evidentiary only (allows no witnesses, dr reports, etc). False claims of not being paid. In one judge's courtroom only. With young, naive psychologists straight out of school to "back" what she reports with no first-hand knowledge. This nightmare also included Van Ness blackmailing two fine families I worked with for years. It was impossible to report her. Thankfully, she hasn't practiced since her business attorney days when something happened to her career, so she reinvented herself as a mere guardian ad litem. In a handful of cases only. She only mediates, if ever. She has no office. Although she lists a luxury office downtown. It doesn't exist. Look it up on the FL Bar website. Most deplorable and unethical experience of my career.
