Just last week, I did my wedding in Rochester, NY. I have been dreaming of using a Limousine service for my wedding ceremony even before the day. I was so happy when the day finally came and my wedding ride (Excalibur) which I had booked early was brought to carry me round all throughout the occasion. I used Excalibur limo which is known as one of the more fashionable limos and the best limo suitable for this purpose. The service was very great when compared to other rental car services. It was like palace. more

I just wanted to write & let you know that we were so pleased with the service that we received from Mike S, the limo driver of Molly, last Saturday at my daughter Elizabeth?s wedding. Mike was very friendly, engaging & accommodating with the Bridal party as he drove them around the park for pictures. Afterwards, we received many compliments from the guests about him so he must have been very engaging with them as well when he shuttled them back & forth from the Cobblestone House & parking lot. The old fashioned & open air trolley was a hit with the guests too on that beautiful day in the park.\r \r We are so appreciative for Mike?s & Diamond Limousine?s service that day. A few weeks ago me and a few girlfriends used this limo service and we really, just absolutely enjoyed it. The limo driver was very professional and it was such a fun day. We had planned to go on a wine tour, it had been planned for a while so we were all really excited about it. I had never been on a wine tour before and was a little nervous, but it ended up being wonderful. The limo service we used was perfect, because the limo driver knew exactly where we needed to go and what times and everything. We didn't have to worry about anything. \r \r I would definitely share my experience with friends and family. In the future if I have anything that I am planning whether it is another wine tour, or a wedding or anything I will definitely consider using this limo service without question. Just want to say I have been dealing with Diamonds, their owners and chauffeurs for years. My advice to everyone is to meet the folks at Diamonds, see there excellent fleet of vehicles in person for yourself to make a judgement call ( you will be happy you did, and very satisfied ) after I went to over 5 different companies in the area, I'd have to say that you'll agree with me. Trust me on this one. These vehicles are well maintained. I even met their mechanic and saw 4 work bays, so impressive. The owners have always treated me fairly. As for their chauffeurs, I've had service from a few now and there has always been service that has gone above and beyond ! Anyways, there will always be people that try to hurt people for what ever reason or maybe another limo service that has jealousies in their comments . I researched Diamonds and found them to be the largest in Rochester. My opinion, you don't grow to the size fleet they have if your doing poorly in the customer service area. Be your own person and go take a look at there operation, you'll be happy you did ! more

A few of these new comments and reviews are frauds like the one below review4U that was from last year and being run again this year as if it was new. If a company needs to do that, that says it all. Beware of this company, very shady dealings and vehicles that are not properly cared for. They still cancel weddings at the last minute nobody shows up for you. Children using vehicle for there prom driven around with no headlights. Just beware and take your money elsewhere. more

I booked a limo a few month in advance and it played out nice. I received a phone call to confirm I was still on the calendar. They worked with me on the right limo for the occasion and the amount of people that would fit in for are extra large party. We have already booked one for our next event in a few months. I have used several companies in Rochester, NY and I was pleased the most with Diamonds. more

Hello, your employees are great. I called about 10 times because I couldn't get everything together and because I was booking a limo only 2 days before my prom. They answered all my questions and were never rude. Could you please thank the driver for me because we arrived at prom right on time and they ushered us inside so quickly that I didn't get a chance to say thanks. Your company is great and we'll definitely be using it again when my sisters are seniors. Thanks for everything! more

This past weekend we rented your limo 18 passenger bus for a dual 30th birthday celebration. We ventured into Lockport area for a 6 hour wine tour. Jim McKay was our driver and was fantastic and very accommodating! He called us the day before to confirm our overall plans. . .prompt pick-up. . . and never made us feel rushed. The bus was decorated for our birthday's, along with complimentary champagne, filled ice cooler and glasses. We would definitely recommend for future events and, of course, would have to request Jim. :) Thanks for making our big day memorable. more

I was pleased with the service and price but amazed by the limo and driver. I know amazed with the driver but I was he was just so proper and willing to work with the change of schedule we had with our group. Thank you guys again for working with us. Keep up the great performance. more

He was great fun, very prompt, and knew the important 'secrets' of the Seneca Lake wineries. As a Customer Support team, we are very sensitive to great service and Mike delivered! Many different names to hide very poor service! Budget Limo, A Trolley Svc, Corporate World Limo and more! All these companies are the same! Vehicles were dirty and smelled, window and radio didn't work, car scraped ground. No compensation just lots of excuses and wasted money! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!! more

They ruined our day then ruined our trip. The cars were both late, both dirty, One smelled of fuel, one scraped the ground. This company hides behind many names... My friends and I booked a limo through Diamonds 1.5-2 months before hand, and TWO days before our wine tour, they called and said our limo was no longer available. They wouldn't give us a reason and just said they were sorry. We were left without a limo for a weekend we had planned with 14 people way ahead of time. We ended up finding another service (after calling 13 different places). I'd rather pay a little more than go through all of that again. The worst part..is that a couple places I called after Diamonds canceled said I was the 2nd or 3rd person that had called with the same problem with Diamonds. GO ELSEWHERE! more

I can't even really provide this company a rating of one star. I booked Dolly the Trolly over a year in advance for my wedding - I did not want a regular limo that I would have to be crouched down in with my wedding dress and like the idea of the comfort of the trolly. In addition, I have a very large wedding party and the trolly seemed the perfect solution (I had originally looked at the coach bus limos, but the trolly seemed to be an incredible novelty that was different from what most had). I called 2 wks before the wedding to confirm everything, and the wedding details were noted and I was told everything was great and ready to go. One week before the wedding, I received a call saying that the trolly was not going to be available now for the wedding, but they did have two matching limos that seated 12 each for me. When I commented that this was unacceptable, because I needed a vehicle that could seat 20 and I had reserved the trolly for a reason, I was told that was all they could do. I explained that they needed to then find a solution and get me something comparible to the trolly and they couldn't find something else, and I had to use the 2 limos, I would expect a huge price deduction. They refused. I ended calling other companies on my own and found one that could help us who will be able to meet our needs, but I'm still waiting for my $250 deposit to be refunded to me from Diamonds. Save the headache and the money - go elsewhere. more
