I came in with pictures of what my soon to be fiance engagement ring would look like knowing that the actual one was over my price range. He helped me customize the ring find smaller diamond but with just a slightly smaller diameter. making the diamond a lot cheaper and instead of platinum I got white gold. Out of all the diamond stores that I have gone to, The Diamond Gallery is deffinitely my favorite! Blake and his staff were very welcoming and made my ring shopping experience that much more wonderful. What I really liked is that we were treated as extremely valued customers and he went out of his way to make our experience the very best that it could have been and then some. Blake and his staff are so professional and personable. Blake was very patient with me while I changed my mind several times with me ring. We have been in before and his goal is customer satisfaction! We have been thoroughly satisfied with all of our jewelry, (2 rings, a necklace and earrings) and we are looking forward to adding onto my ring and buying his ring from them. Their styles and designs are untouchable from any other diamond store I've been in. I have looked around to many other stores, in and out of the valley, and the Diamond Gallery has a great selection with a lot of variety. They really want to make your ring special for you. my fiance and i were looking for a mens band, we hadnt had any luck finding one and walked in and they understood a budget and helped us find ther perfect ring for me... i would say go here when you need help in the wedding jewlrey market they are very helpfull more

all i have to say is that this is the best jewelry store in logan by far!!! i shopped around logan with my girlfriend, we went to every store, when it came to the other stores they were all the same, they had the same rings, they treated us the same, they had the same 1 year warranty, we had almost given up when we left S.E Needhams and then we walked into the Diamond Gallery, best choice i had ever made. their designs are fresh, new, and nobody really had them, the sales staff was freindly, they knew their stuff, and the prices were amazing. and you could tell the quality of the peice was far superior then the other stores in town. this is the kind of store logan needed, if it wasnt for them i would have drove to salt lake. and i would definelty reccommend them to any one i know, and for some of the other reviews, all i can say is understand the warranty, and understand they have to protect their business its simple and to the point, not any room for confusion when i read it. more

If I could give 0 stars I would! This jewelry store ripped my husband off when he was shopping for my ring. They took advantage of his lack of gem knowledge and sold him a ring at a price way over value and terrible quality. We've had the ring for 3 years now and it's had 2 prongs broken. The owner was a complete jerk to us when we went in to ask to have it repaired for free. Because the ring wasn't cleaned at his tiny shop in Logan every 3 months, it was out of warranty and he wanted to charge us for it. He even suggested that we drive to Logan every 3 months to have him clean it in order to keep up the warranty. He said there were all kinds of issues with the ring. He totally lied! I took my ring to a reputable jeweler and they couldn't find any of the issues he was talking about. I would never recommend this jeweler to anyone! They are only nice to satisfied customers or new customers, but if you have a problem they are completely unwilling to help in any way. more

The Diamond Gallery is under new ownership, he takes pride in his business, and the jewlery that he is selling. understands that there has been past problems, and is here to help find a solution. if getting a discount is a problem im sure that he can arrange full price. rings are not just marked up so that he can mark them down again, and a deal is a deal. if he has the ring you want and the price is where you are wanting to be then whats the problem. i hope people know that just because your angry, bashing them online isnt the best solution. so take the time and go in and see Blake Ostler at The Diamond Gallery see what he has to offer you. more

I bought a beautiful diamond set in a white gold band. The ring is gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and really knew what they were talking about. I did some research before I bought the ring and I had previously worked in the jewelry industry. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I would highly recommend them to everyone! more

The staff at the Diamond Gallery really knows what they are talking about. They do a great job to help the customer find what would be best for them are not just trying to sell you the most expensive piece of jewelry. They are not overbearing or pushy in any way. The art is a great addition to the store atmosphere. It is a very classy jewelry store and a great place to go to get a quality product. more
