Troy Ballad, owner of Diamond Construction out of Beckley, WV, cannot be trusted to do the job he says he will do. He promised to cut a road up to my property and make sure it was safe for me to use every day. I was under the impression he would do the work himself, but instead he got his bulldozer guy to do it and he made a complete mess of it. Despite being told on several occasions that he was not cutting the road correctly, the dozer guy ignored it and ended up having to finish the road at a very unacceptable slope. Bottom line - the company does not have the right equipment to do anything but a very basic job. Make sure you have every single detail spelled out or you could be stuck with a very poor job and no recourse. I know - it cost me another $10,000 to have Troy's mess cleaned up.
