Good, Clean & Dependable 11/15/2006

In a previous life I used the corporate car service at the large company i worked for in NYC. The quality of service there was pretty good so I was suspicious of having to return to NYC and use a regular car service company. I was pleasantly surprised by Dial 7. I reserved a car from my hotel to Newark airport only 1 hour prior to needing to leave in the morning. The car was 5 minutes early and no problems with the driver or cleanliness of the car. It was not a late-model Lincoln Town Car but it was clean, smelled nice, and roomy older Town Car. No complaints at all. I'll use them again next time I'm in town. more

Being an executive assistant, I'm always looking for reliable service with affordable costs. This is exactly what Dial 7 offers. They are very good about accommodating you even at the last minute. I love them 5/17/2006

I used them on Mother's Day for a limo. I just wanted us to be dropped off at our location and then picked back up a few hours later. All the other services that I called would not do this. They wanted us to keep the car the entire time which would have cost a fortune. Not only did they accommodate us at the last minute, they let us make several changes even up to the same day AND they are open 24 hours. The driver was on time, the limo was super nice and the drivers were courteous! Pros: Limo pickup/dropoff, customer service, Good rates Cons: Can't think of any more

HORRIFIC 4/16/2006

This was my worst experience EVER! These people were late to take me to JFK and the customer service was so RUDE!!!! I would never recommend that anyone use them. The driver was friendly but the people that work there SUCK! there are so many more options in the city, don't get duped! Cons: Rude, Poor communication, they suck in general more

Relax Start to Your Holiday! 8/29/2005

This is a great service when you want to avoid the hassle of calling a cab or worse... Waiting on line for a cab at the airport. The drivers tend to be nicer than cabbies and are much more helpful in terms of luggage assistance. A bonus is getting coupons in the mail that give out great discounts! more

Best way to airport 8/3/2005

The best and easiest ride in town. Dial 7 is fast and reliable but like all other New York City services you have to watch out for yourself. Pay attention if the driver paid tolls because chances are they will ask you to pay extra. The town cars are nicer than cabs and the driving tends to be a little better. The deals are frequent and $25 savings can be found with coupons sent in the mail. more
