I have been eating their hoagies all my life. The original shop was in Chester on 3rd Street. These are by far the best sandwiches anywhere. NOBODY does it like DiCostanza!!! THE ORIGINATOR!!! more

The Originator of the Italian Hoagie 12/28/2006

Auggie follows his families footsteps making only the best. A true Italian won't use lettuce on a hoagie and he uses homemade hots and sweet peppers. I recoomend the Italian as it has the ""good italian meats"".\r \r He has been adding some diffent sandwiches which have also een great. Pros: Best Sandwiches around; hands down. Cons: The wait isn't as long as you might think. more

They have the BEST hoagies. Stuffed to the MAX. You can almost make another sandwich with what you can't fit your mouth around!! Advise calling ahead. Pros: GREAT VALUE, WORTH THE WAIT, EASY IN & OUT Cons: LONG WAIT more
