You do everything right!! We are happy with the services you have given us for over 7 years. They always save us lots of money while doing great work. They provide complete and quick service. The work is always done right the first time. They provide honest dealings, while pointing out recommendations for our vehicles. They are very responsive to our emergencies and they are always looking out for our best interests. We refer our friends and family to them. The best auto repair service 7/19/2013

Just a quick note. I had one of the most stressful days with my vehicle on 8/20/12. My boyfriend found you on the internet and talked to you about our issues about our car and you came to our rescue. Pleased with the auto repair shop 7/19/2013

I have had two cars painted here. The first was a Chrysler Town and Country van. It was only two years old and had major damage to the driver door. I worried that the repair would be noticeable and I would see it every time I used the van. When I got the van back I was more the pleased. I could not tell that the van was repaired. I also felt that they were fair in there estimate. Based on this experience i used them again when our 16 year old son dented the rear quarter panel of my Suburban 1 week after getting his licence. He was pleased with the cost and I was glad that I got my car returned in such good shape. more

Great garage! 7/17/2013

I brought my car in to a DeVoss Auto Service LLC and they quoted me an outrageous price and wanted to do all sorts of work on it that I really didn`t think was needed. I brought my car in here as I live close by and was extremely happy. They let me know what was wrong and what could wait to get fixed as it wasn`t that bad and I didn`t want to spend too much money. Very honest and explained a lot that I didn`t understand before. This will be my new place in all Richmond, VA to go for my car and I`m telling all of my friends! more

This is a first rate crew. They`re honest, unpretentious, and price things fairly. I think I`ve been taking my cars to DeVoss Auto Service LLC for many years, and there`s no one I would rather take my car to. They`ve kept my old cars running well, including my current BMW. I`ve checked their prices, and they price very fairly. They`re good hardworking, down to earth people who are in for the long haul. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs good, fair auto work done. more
