Auto Body Repairs 9/28/2010

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Detroit Auto Body. The repairs were completed very quickly and hassle free, all within a week. The personnel were very informative, up-front, honest, helpful and extremely friendly. The only issue was after I picked my vehicle up. I had to pick it up during my lunch break and did not notice that the vehicle was a bit dirty on the inside. Compared to the overall quality of repairs and the customer service, it was a small obstacle to over look. I highly recommend their services. Ask for Larry or Eddy! more

I was recommended to Detroit Auto Body by my neighbor, and he went to school with Eddie. I had some bad experiences with auto body shops in the past because the delivery would take much longer than they said. Detroit Auto Body held exactly to the time frame he estimated. The work was good. They were clean and didn't leave a mess. The painted matched very well, and I was really happy with the work. I did have an issue where my iPod cord was missing. When I told Eddie he looked for it and couldn't find it, but he was good enough to actually replace it. I would go back there for sure. more

Unfortunately, we have had to use Detroits services several times over the last 25 years. They have always made an unpleasant situation as tolerable as is possible. They have always done great work. more
