Stay away . I brought the car on a Monday and by Wednesday, The interior of my car had a big humidity odor and the rugs and the seats were still wet. I think they use a hose to watch the car. Whatever they did, they did a terrible job. I spent $180 and now I had to bring it to the dealer to fix this problem. more

Wasted Money 8/8/2011

We brought a car to Detailz for interior detailing. Our objective was to remove the smoke smell from the previous owner. We were told that they could greatly reduce, maybe even eliminate, the odor. When we picked up the car it did smell pretty good, but a week later it was right back to the way it was originally. I feel that the $89 spent at Detailz was pretty much wasted. more

Disappointed 8/8/2011

We bought a used car that had a strong smoke smell from the previous owner. Detailz led us to believe that having them detail the interior would remove most of this smell. The car did smell good when we picked it up, but a week later it was right back to the way it was. I feel that the $89 spent was pretty much wasted. more
