Took my car for an interior detail. Dropped it off at 8 am. Was told that it should be ready by around 12:30 pm. I didn't expect it to take less and was prepared for it to take a bit longer but 4 hours later I had never been called and had myself called twice. No apology. I called them three times, once at 12:30, second time at 2 pm, and again at 3:30 pm. Everytime an excuse - "two of my guys didn't show up and I had a business meeting this morning..." It was a Saturday - a business meeting? I will say that the owner did drive me home after I dropped my car off but I no longer consider that a "Pro"... A professional job - at unraveling trust in man. It is now 4:49 pm and I have just received my car. I will say this - it looks good but with the experience I just went through I would hate myself had I not at least left this alert to anyone who uses Citysearch. Oh, I got a $25 discount and an apology.
