These guys are the worst! They sent me a notice saying I hadn't paid my bill -- and when I went to my online bank account, I found that they had deposited my check more than three months earlier (I could see the deposit date on the digital copy of the check). When I called to tell them I'd already paid, they were rude, rude, rude. The woman at the front desk just kept me on the phone line while she was typing; when I asked what was going on, she said, ""Oh, I'm just typing."" No apology. When I spoke to Dave, who seemed to be some kind of manager, he told me to send in a copy of the cashed check with my next bill -- again, no apology at all for wasting my time over a check they'd already deposited! When I told him that I'd appreciate an apology, he started yelling at me. Time to find a new alarm company -- don't waste your time with these rude people.
