Great 3/29/2012

Some people say we had high hopes or impossible standards. We were looking for a specific model with certain features. We wanted the exterior/interior a certain color, we wanted the larger rims and it had to be in our price range. We called around and no one had it. The a few weeks go by and Desert Volkswagen called back, they got it in. The exact car we wanted. I couldn't believe it, they remembered everything. When we arrived it was in show room condition and they were even able to get it below the price we had in mind. What a great staff! more

Big Help 3/24/2012

Shopping at Desert Volkswagen was a great idea of my husmband. He was driving by and saw a really nice car and came home to tell me. When we arrived there, this wasn’t the average dealer. They were really nice and helpful. They didn’t hound us and pressure us to run credit or anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. We found a car we really loved and took it for a test drive. We then negotiated the price and I had them throw in window tint for free. I was feeling pretty good about that. Well to make a long story short I love my new car and Desert Volkswagen sure was a big help! more

I brought my jetta here to get serviced and they did a really great job. The service from the staff was far superior from other places. Not to mention the also gave my baby a wash and she looked amazing. Keep up the great work. more

Happy Again 7/28/2011

I came to Desert Volkswagen looking for a Jetta. I have owned Volkswagen in the past but for the past 5 years I have been driving a Toyota and I never really was crazy about it. I think it was time to enjoy my car again. When I arrived there I took a look around and found the one I wanted to pursue. The salesman took me for a ride in the car and I was sold. I signed the papers and drove my new car home today. Thanks Desert Volkswagen. more

I Love my VW 6/30/2011

I was interested in a lease and had my eye on a Tiguan. My last car was a Jetta that I lease from Desert and had no problems. I have always liked VW’s and was fortunate enough to find Desert VW. Since I got this car I love it. It is spacious inside and has a classic, elegant look to it. I am happy I chose Desert Volkswagen. more

I’ve built a great relationship with the service team at Desert Volkswagen. We had some challenges at first but it has done nothing but improve to the point that it’s a pleasure to go in for service. They make it as hassle free as humanly possible. This visit was for a simple recall I was in and out in no time and they even washed the car and I received a air freshener- Nice. more

I Trust Them 4/27/2011

My main concern with anything service related is the comfort and trust level that my family has with the service and location. I cannot express at Desert Volkswagen how comforting it is to know your mechanics like John Gove are servicing our vehicle. I service at Desert Volkswagen because it is never a hassle. Everyone here is always so understanding and accommodating. I have never had anyone be rude to me; they are always willing to help their customers. Employees here do a great job with everything and it is always a pleasant visit. more

Best Service Ever 2/19/2011

I have always had excellent service from Desert on my VW Diesel 1986 since I moved to Nevada in 2001, and now on my 2003 VW Beetle Diesel. Service is always with a smile and everything is explained to me that needs to be done and it additional parts needed. I get an explanation why. Chad B is the greatest service advisor I have had! All the work has been preformed so well I have never had to bring the car back to have work redone. Your mechanics know what they are doing. I have lived 213 miles away. So it makes life much easier for me. more
