worst customer experience ever 8/28/2009

the sales people have absolutely outrageous attitude! hands down worst customer service ever, anywhere. do not buy cars from them. they don't even care if you buy it from them. their attitude is ""I don't have to sell you a car, someone else will buy the car, we aren't the only HONDA dealership in the country and you are certainly not the only customer out there"" quoted by Eric, the worst sales manager ever. I bought my brand new CRV on Monday and already had to take it in for alarm problem and alignment problem. The car was BRAND NEW, only 3 miles when I drove off the lot. when I brought the car back and asked for some sort of compensation, like give me 1/2 tank of gas since I live 20 miles from the dealership and already had to go back 3 times since my purchase. there was absolutely NO customer service at all. they said that I bought the car for too cheap, there's no room to give me anything, not even 1/2 tank of gas just to show how sorry they are for selling me a lemon. when my husband tried to argue and reason with them about some sort of compensation, the word was ""give up, you are not getting anything from us"", quoted from the internet sales manager, Pat Cassini. and when he was trying to make the deal, he was saying all the things that they'd offer and give us, when it's time to sign the deal, offers were gone. the story changed quickly from giving us the things to ""I was saying I am not going to charge you because I am not going to give you the freebies"". Really, did these people learn or have any training on how to speak to customers? Obviously not! DON'T GO TO THEM, don't make the same mistake like me. Cons: everything more

Great people! 12/7/2007

Very friendly, decent pricing, and easy to deal with. I did not have to go through all the back and forth like some dealers. I told them what I wanted and they were able to do it for me. They also gave me more money for my old car than two other dealers offered me. The finance guy did a nice job explaining everything to me, and I was out of there within a couple hours. I would buy a car there again. Pros: Good pricing and easy to deal with. Cons: Dealership is small and in a bad area of town. more

Sales was OK. Finance dept was Bad. 7/8/2007

Sales people pressure you to do an on the spot deal on ur 1st visit. You should be vigilant about it. You can negotiate well with these people if u r well informed. I got a good deal on my car.\r \r However, the finance dept is WORST. I dealt with someone called KEN or KENNY, who is the finance mgr there. He makes the whole process so fast and does not give u any time to digest the information given out to you. He made me complete my whole financing process for my car in a matter of 5-10 minutes. \r \r He does not have any courtesy to anwer all your questions properly. Never gives straight forward anwers keeps beating around. For example when I asked him to explain a clause on the contract, his explanation was ""WHAT EVER IT SAYS IT IS, IT IS"". This was the MOST STUPIDEST way a contract can be explained to a customer who is going to sign it.\r \r Apart from this guy, everyone there were quite courteous, infact if you just leave KEN or KENNY out of the equation, I even got a great finance rate from them.\r \r So if you are reading this, I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO SHOP THERE, but if you go to the finance dept preferably avoid KEN Or KENNY all together if possible. Even otherwise, demand to spend more time understanding the contract and sign the same satisfactorily preferably outside of their finace dept office. So that you wont feel that you were rushed into by their finance dept. Pros: Negotiations Cons: Working with Finance department more

Worst Car Shopping Experience 11/6/2003

I have shopped for 4 cars in the last 6 years, and this one is definitely the worst. Not only the salespeople knew nothing about their cars, neither did their managers. Customer serivce is non-existant, on both visits (with two different sales people), the sales people would just leave us, not even with the courtesy to tell us to wait, they simply turned around and left. On top of the aweful treatment, they added all kinds of useless packages to the car such as the ""desert protection package"", and refuse to remove them. On our last visit, we walked out because the treatement was so bad, and the manager did not even bother to attempt to keep us when we walked out of the door. Pros: fair selection of car Cons: poor customer service, poor salespeople, over priced more
