the sales people have absolutely outrageous attitude! hands down worst customer service ever, anywhere. do not buy cars from them. they don't even care if you buy it from them. their attitude is ""I don't have to sell you a car, someone else will buy the car, we aren't the only HONDA dealership in the country and you are certainly not the only customer out there"" quoted by Eric, the worst sales manager ever. I bought my brand new CRV on Monday and already had to take it in for alarm problem and alignment problem. The car was BRAND NEW, only 3 miles when I drove off the lot. when I brought the car back and asked for some sort of compensation, like give me 1/2 tank of gas since I live 20 miles from the dealership and already had to go back 3 times since my purchase. there was absolutely NO customer service at all. they said that I bought the car for too cheap, there's no room to give me anything, not even 1/2 tank of gas just to show how sorry they are for selling me a lemon. when my husband tried to argue and reason with them about some sort of compensation, the word was ""give up, you are not getting anything from us"", quoted from the internet sales manager, Pat Cassini. and when he was trying to make the deal, he was saying all the things that they'd offer and give us, when it's time to sign the deal, offers were gone. the story changed quickly from giving us the things to ""I was saying I am not going to charge you because I am not going to give you the freebies"". Really, did these people learn or have any training on how to speak to customers? Obviously not! DON'T GO TO THEM, don't make the same mistake like me.
