Don't waste your time! They schedule four people every 15 minutes, so you will end up with a good 2 hour wait and it is definitely not worth it! There are much better dermatologists in this area of Knoxville. I took my daughter there a few weeks ago and in addition to be aggravated after the long wait, I was even more disappointed in the lack of knowledge the Dr. had. He changed her diagnosis three times while we were there and still seemed confused.
Pros: Nurses were very friendly and helpful
Cons: Very long waiting. Dr. seemed like he didn't know what he was doing.
