\r My friend and I had an exceptionally bad experience at this business. First, they do not have walls that go all of the way up to the ceiling or a door for the room that you go into for the lasering. So, be prepared to hear everything that is being done on the person before you, and for the people in the waiting area to hear everything that is happening to you as well. Second, the young lady who worked there did not give us instruction about using numbing cream on our bodies before hand, nor was it ever offered at this business. She did recommend that we get some from a doctor and use it next time and that we should also take some shots of alcohol as well before coming to help deal with the pain. The pain was off the charts! She was definitely not doing the procedure correctly, or no one would ever get laser hair removal done twice. It was so painful that both my friend and I had involuntary spasms of our arms and legs flaring out violently when we were zapped. It took about 25-30 zaps each for bikini area. The laser could not have been placed on the proper setting. Also, when my friend was done and it was my turn, the ""technician"" did not even change the towel that my friend had been lying on pantless during her laser hair removal. The technician told us that it might look ""gnarly"" down there for a few days. We were both burnt and in quite a bit of pain. My friend ended up with staph infection from this experience. I tried talking to the young lady afterwards and the owner, but they were not helpful, to say the least. If you have had a bad experience with this company, please submit your review. If I had seen bad reviews before hand, I never would have gone. This was a TERRIBLE experience that I hope no other person has to go through.\r more

I will definitely be coming back to this clinic. The staff are extremely nice, honest people, and they really take care of you. I am removing my tattoos from my wild teenage years and DermaSpa Laser Clinic has been AWESOME. I have only had 2 treatments, but they have lightened considerably! I am very pleased. This has been a dream of mine to have my tattoos removed for almost a decade now, and I am so excited. Soon I will be tattoo free!! DermaSpa Laser Clinic by far exceeded my expectations. I have not experienced such a personal approach regarding my concerns in a long time. I have been shopping for a great medical spa for years, and finally found one. The clinic is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and offers undivided attention to the customers. They took time to understand, diagnose, and provide meaningful recommendation to my concern. They gave an honest opinion what needs/not recommended to be done. The result is I am more than happy with my treatment. Most importantly, the spa has high ethical standards. They are honest with a customer regarding what needs to be done. I will definitely return to DermaSpa Laser Clinic as after years of search I finally found a medical spa that truly meets its clients' individual needs. more

The appointment started out well enough. My father had microdermabrasion done followed by a light chemical peel without any complications. On the drive home, my father mentioned some sensitivity on his forehead and a couple of hours later he had huge red welts on his forehead. I called the clinic, but no one picked up. His forehead continued to blister throughout the afternoon and began to scab early evening. At this point, we were very concerned so I called another number for the clinic I found online and left a message. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from the esthetician and sent her a picture of my father’s forehead. She apologized profusely and told me she would get in contact with her owner to have the issue resolved the following day.\r \r The following morning, the scabbing had increased. The esthetician responded very promptly. We stopped by the clinic and were told there was only a small area of possible scarring but everything should heal within the next several days to a week. I was refunded for my father's treatment and he was compensated for one workday. The consent form says that scarring and blistering are unlikely to occur and redness akin to a sunburn should go away after several hours. I strongly feel that the customer should be made verbally aware of even the rare side effects that can occur from the treatment they are undergoing. I've included a picture of the blisters and scabs the evening of the treatment in my profile. I hope this review helps the rest of you who are considering microdermabrasion or chemical peels for the first time here.\r \r more

Very different than other laser clinic/ medical spa's! From their laser hair removal to zoom teeth whitening Derma Spa has the best price with the most personal service around. If you call and compare, or even visit other places you'll know. Derma Spa gives straight forward and free consultations to know exactly what you can expect. Definately a refreshing experience compared to similar places that aren't very personal and just seem to be focused on what's in your pockets! Pros: Very friendly and affordable treatments!
