Responsive to concerns 10/22/2010

Took my push lawnmower in and was told it would be about a week before it was looked at. After about a 3 weeks I get a call saying they called me twice before about it being ready for pickup. I have both caller ID and voicemail and I never received a call from them before that day. When I finally get it home the lawnmower wouldn't start. I called to complain but found them responsive to my call. They had me bring it back in and found that there was an issue and they took care of it. more

Service could have been better 6/6/2008
