Ok, this is crazy. I understand you need an appointment and I would have done much better by having one.. BUT.. that doesn't mean that people have to be rude. Let me put it this way, with all the people out of work these days, do we have to employee people who hate to work. This DMV reminded me of the Post Office.. everyone working slooooooooowwwwwww.. not one person even cracking a smile or saying anything like ""can I help you?"" I am still stunned from the lack of service. I asked about a form I needed for a CDL.. the lady literally grunted at me. The lady in question was actually telling me to stand in another line... I thought she was saying ""she was drunk on wine"" I swear, I am not trying to be funny I thought she was saying that she was drunk on wine.. Anyhow the story has a good ending, I was in and out in 90 minutes.. I guess that is good, well better than the New York City DMV. I would give this DMV 1 star except, I truly should have had an appointment.. or just brought a bottle - and been drunk on wine :)
