Check the Better Business Bureau FIRST! Billing is such a mess honestly not worth the trouble. The Dentist is a good Dentist but everything else (billing) is such a hassle. 2 years later still straightening out billing w/insurance company. UGH............ I'm not the only one Check the BBB more

Very Nice Dentist. HORRIBLE BILLING STAFF, If you want screwed up bills and incorrect charges this is your place. They wait till you have your mouth full of tools and then bring a clip board for you to sign (in the CHAIR) for things your insurance doesnt cover. How classy more

A Worse Dentist I COuldn't Imagine 4/18/2011

This guy is a complete joke. When he worked for Family Dental Care Associates in Cincinnati, he subjected me to over a year of painful neglect, missed appointments and abusive behavior. When another dentist botched my original dental work, the company brought him in to ""fix it."" Not only did the 6 new caps he replaced didn't fit, they were a disgusting brown color. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON. He is crooked and only wants to hone his ego on you. He will not provide you with a nice white smile, only a dysfunctional mouth of disgusting colored teeth Would rate no stars if possible. more

Awesome dentist! 3/1/2010

I have never been happy with my smile before. Dr. Pohl has really given me a reason to smile. He was so patient explaining the process and working on me and the results were fantastic. The best thing is that my smile looks natural and has given me so much confidence! I am only sorry I didn't have this done sooner - but I am glad I waited until I saw Dr. Pohl! Pros: Dr. Pohl created my beautiful new smile! more
