Un-friendly office staff 9/15/2008

Called to make appt. for my son. receptionist was very rude about his previous dental history and insurance information, not friendly at all and would not make appt. without the information. Hung up and found another dentist. She really didn't have to be so rude. I'm sure dentistry for Kids could have great, kid-friendly services, but that first impression just made me turn right around. more
