WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I went for my initial appointment on a Saturday and was advised that I would need a filling and 2 wisdom teeth removed. The girl at the front desk scheduled my appointment for my filling and told me that normally treatment plans are given on the day your appointment is made but since it was Saturday she was short staffed and would need to email me my treatment plan on Monday. I did NOT receive my treatment plan on Monday. I called everyday for 3 weeks straight attempting to obtain my treatment plan for the work I need done. I spoke with various front desk staff and the district manager, Lorraine. I NEVER received my treatment plan and eventually cancelled my appointment and chose another dentist. The office staff at the Delray location is incompetent and RUDE!!! There is no follow up from anyone!! I would NEVER EVER go back nor would I recommend this office to anyone.
