Dental Group Of Clovis

When I first started going to Dental Group of Clovis about six or seven years ago, I was impressed with their low prices according to my SmileSaver plan, interest-free twelve month financing through Unicorn Financial and short wait times for service. That was back when they were farther west on Shaw Avenue just across the street for The Salvation Army. They're now in Sierra Vista Mall near Sunnyside Avenue. I don't know how many thousands of dollars I've spent there over the years. But I do know that the $2500 bridge in my mouth fell out as I was driving my car back home. The next day, they glued it back in for free. The next time it fell out was at church. When I went back to Dental Group of Clovis to have it glued back in, they refused to see me without charging a $40 office fee. I made a big deal about it, but when they refused to do it for free, I gave them the money. They X-rayed all my teeth and the doctor examined me. When he was finished, I asked him to glue my bridge back on since that was the only reason I was there. He refused. The manager told me that she would not give me a refund. I feel like I was robbed. more

BEWARE! I got services done here. They billed me even before sending my claims to my dental ins and after my ins processed the clm it showed this office owed me money, They flat out refused to pay me back. I had to file an appeal with my dental ins. It took them over 5 months (still no refund) The Office Manager gets Commission off of what they charge you! This is a FACT! I would NOT go here, but if you do GET A PRE-D (pre-determination) from your dental insurance. They are not trustworthy… more

This dental office has nothing but incompetent service as well as incompetent customer service staff. Between the passive ""know nothing"" female, and the ""talks-way-to-fast"" hispanic female, you get nothing done. Don't leave a message because you WILL NOT get a call back, whether its urgent or not, you will receive no form of contact or help from anyone at that office. I did not get past the patient waiting room without being turned away because the orthodontist ran into ""difficulties"" which were probably self inflicted. I forgot to mention the hoops, and fire i had to go through to get this much needed appointment. After four days and calling every hour on the hour, i reached a person who said she would call back. Two days later, i call the office and there was no record of me calling. Literally, after five hours of playing phone tag with a bunch of monkies, I got an appointment, which I mentioned earlier, was canceled. No phone call at all, my appointment was very late in the evening and they couldn't figure it out to call me so i could at least save gas. P.S. Im pretty sure the positive reviews are paid employees writing for some extra cash. It deserves no stars, but a rating is required..... more

My wife and I have just had considerable dental work done at this Denatal Office. We are completely satisfied with the work performed. The dentist and staff present a very friendly and professional work environment. We recommend them completely. more

I spent over $22000 between myself and my daughter and now years letter after having crowns and bridges fall off I have to go to another dentist to have all there work redone. Of corse since then I've lost 2 teeth they worked on and my daughter has to have 5 teeth extracted. My current dentist said root canals were done improperly and crowns were put on teeth that should have had root canals. If the statue of limitations hadn't run out I would sue. Also a bridge/ crowns they made twice looked like buck teeth!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

waited in treatment room 1.5 hours and got nothing done. got x-rays and dentist said I would be moved to room 3 for treatment, 45 min. later financial assistant came in and said I must see specialist. If dentist had not said he could do work first I might have paid for specialist, buy I believe dentist before $ girl. they lie to get treatments done that they make more $ off of. This doctor made me wait for over an hour to be seen and the facility was not private at all. You can see everyone getting their teeth done. On top of that they scare you into thinking your teeth are going to fall out if you don't pay over 1200 for some antibiotic shots which they know standard insurance doesn't cover! Don't even think about scheduling an appt with them their office service is horrible as well and they don't return calls or respond to questions about billing!
