I went there today (my 3rd visit to the yukon branch)....staff were very professional....they made my trip an enjoyable one. more

I would not wish what just happened to me on my worst enemy! This is the WORST dentist i have EVER been to!!! Also i called my friend to tell her what had happened and she said "" Did i not tell you what they did to me?"" I guess she is now going to have a bridge put in to fix what they messed up!!! Please save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere for your dental care needs! more

We had went to the Dental Depot in MWC for years, but moved to the Yukon branch this year because it is closer. We have had issues with both visits. The first visit I had to make a scene with the front desk about what my copay should be. It was very embarrasing and I was right in the end. On the next visit, I was charged for something that my insurance covers 100% with no copay. I didn't realize until after the fact. I called for 3 days straight, but no one ever returned my call. The 4rth try I finally got to talk to someone in charge of billing, but I am still trying to get a refund. The frustrations with office are not worth it. I can find other ""good"" dentist for my children and I. Pros: Dentist and Dental assistants skilled/friendly Cons: Billing/Insurance more
