please have negatoscope to be on the right side of the patient so the dentist can show the lesions or the problems to the patient. patient is more satisfied,more cooperated more

Just another cleaning.. 3/27/2011

I went for my semi-annual cleaning this pass week and as always I was very pleased. The hygienist is always on time. She thoroughly explained to me what she was doing and how I can prevent infections and bacteria from building up. She was nice and courteous as always. more

Problem solved 2/18/2011

I came to Dr. Gutirrez for help. I had been a patient of another Dentist in the Kendall area. That Dentist was pretty bad and I developed a tooth sensivity issue from procedures the Dentist performed. After a few months of frustration I decided to switch to Dental Center at Baptist. The Offices at D.C.B. were much cleaner and Dr. Gutirrez was able to diagnose my issue and fix it. No more pain! more

I called to make appmt I gave the person my Ins card and I stated is ADI/ Medicaid, she made the appointment and I wasted 2 hours because you don't take ADI/MEDICAID.....waste of time , how careless for that person that made the appointment to make people drive take time off work etc etc..... more

Horrific! 1/30/2011

This place is a mess, everytime they do dental work on you the dentist is gossiping with their assistants, it seems like they are not paying attention. The staff is rude and the dental work they do is done badly. Crowns I have had done keep breaking , not even a year old! I need to find another dentist immediately!!!!!! If you need an appointment you need to wait months and if you have am emergency due to a bad job they did, tough !!!! Just take pain medication until they can fit you in their schedule! Horrible experience! more

Every time we go, we always have to wait for more than a hour before we are seen, they never give me the right information, on one visit I'm told one thing, then I come in, and I'm told something else, they are very disorganize I wish I could find another place to go. I really not happy going there, more
