Took care of my problem in one day. Only draw back, phone call from Owner's son later that morning gave me an estimate of $410 with the tax; but upon arrival the actual bill was $554 with tax. Estimates can change; but, ouch! Need to get a 3rd party estimator, maybe? That's almost a third of my monthly retirement check. But, I'm riding cool with the a/c blower now. Just no whiskey for my pain this month. :) more

Good Workmanship at a Fair Price 9/6/2016

These guys installed a trailer hitch receiver on a small foreign car in practically no time at all. Even though Mark suggested that they might not be the best shop for this kind of work, he accepted the job and made sure it was done right. They have my recommendation. more

Great Service 8/12/2016

Very efficient and timely service. Brought the vehicle in for an Oil Change and they did an overall inspection and found that was all that was needed. Had my vehicle back before lunch. more

Job well done. A/C is cooling car just fine. Staff very considerate to keep car until Thursday. Wife had surgery on Wednesday, couldn't get car until then. 7/15/2016

I was hesitant to spend a lot to repair a thirteen year old car. It turned out to be the right decision due to the unpredictability of my wife's situation, needing surgery with a follow up surgery in the near future. Hopefully it will buy us time to get over this period of illness. Again thanks for your consideration. There are very few places I trust to do repairs properly these days. Dom from McCoy Tires said y'all were the place to go and I haven't been disappointed yet with the service. I've recommended Dennis Automotive to a couple of my friends already as a place to go for the proper service. Keep up the good work. more

Would recommend without hesitation 7/8/2016

Everyone I dealt with at Dennis impressed me with their courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. Mark, who worked on my car, was thorough in his explanations of what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was totally 100% before he gave it back. He explained the Dennis Auto Service History website to make taking care of my car easier. These guys are great. I won't take my car anywhere else to be fixed. I'd give 10 stars if that were an option. more
