Dennis' 7 Dees Garden Center

In the last 2 weeks I have visited this Business I am very disappointed in the customer service this business has sunken to.I was a very Frequent visitor to this Landscaping business last summer everyone was very helpful and friendly. Well I ask what happen my last 2 visits have been anything but. I walked thru looking for help on Friday could not get anyone to help, the week before I finally had a sales girl who said she would be right with me but had something to do she never came back so after waiting 15 minutes I left went to another nursery and spent $200. I am not sure what is so different from last year but they need to fix their customer service. I will never go back, too bad I really like the plants but Cornell Farms in not to far away and give awesome service.Think before going to 7 dee;s! more

Dennis' does have a fabulous selection of plants and planters but lost my business because of a power-tripping manager. He was more interested in being controlling than selling $1000 worth of planters for my deck. He over-ruled a very nice assistant managers decision to unplant two small containers for me. So much for customer service! It felt good to take my business elsewhere and to instruct my gardener and landscaper not to purchase from them in the future.
