I first got my nails done here on Labor day.(Acrylic full set) Which i was overcharged for. They charged me $35, online it says the service is $30, and $10 off of a full set.(Acrylic full set) The nails started to lift 2 days later, went back to the salon. I wanted them removed and my money back, but they refused and instead i got them filled in. I asked if they start to lift again could i come in and they be taken off and redone, which they said yes. When i came back in about a week because they were lifting again the staff there was very rude. When i first walked in every staff member was sitting around and they all just looked up at me and then continued to sit around, i had to actually say excuse me and get someones attention. Once i had told one woman what had happened, and how i was suppose to come back and get them redone she just said ""no, come back tomorrow and we will do a manicure"" and continued to go back to what she was doing before i even responded back. So, me and my bf just stood there baffled until a man came up and asked what i needed. I told him the same thing and he also said to come back tomorrow for a manicure and i explained to him that i was told they would get redone and i would not be driving back to the salon for a fourth time because i live an hour away. He just continued to tell me no. So i just walked out. Also, a manicure only costs $15. So, in other words i would have paid $35 for a manicure and hassle. Then the next day i called and spoke to the manager where she also just said no, and denied that i was overcharged and was VERY rude. i told her i lived an hour away and she said ""I don't care, i don't care if you lived in California"" Wouldn't even let me speak at all really, would talk right over me. Also, claimed it was my nails when I've had many acrylic sets and they never lifted. She said that she would never let anyone do my nails again. Argued with me the entire 15 minute conversation, and kept telling me i was wrong, until she finally just hung up on me.
