This is a long review, but hopefully it's helpful.\r

Our home is located in Lakeville, and was built in 1999. We had a hail and wind storm roll through here this summer on or around Father's Day. Pretty much every home in our area had moderate to significant roof damage. Given that I was new at insurance claims, I didn't really know where to start. I called my insurance company to report the damage, and they pointed me to their recommended tool to use to find local roofing contractors. \r

That's how I got in contact with Delta Construction. The guy I talked to (Bob) was very helpful in telling me the ins-and-outs of how this type of thing is handled. He met with my insurance adjuster at my home and they inspected the damage together. This is the norm for good roofers, to meet with the adjuster to make sure nothing is missed. The adjuster broke the news that yes, the roof was ""totaled"". At that point, Bob worked directly with my insurance company to get the process rolling. It was completely painless for me as a homeowner. \r

The work that Delta Construction did was fantastic. They tore of the roof and finished it all in one day. This was something that a good/reputable roofer will do, to avoid having to come to your home multiple days, and to protect against rain damage on an exposed roof. I can't say the same for many of the roofers that were working in our neighborhood this summer. The roof looks much better than it had originally as we used the architectural shingles this time. Also, Delta made sure to replace all of the existing vents and tin with matching colors to the shingles. That is also much better than we had before. The crew was great, and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I highly recommend Delta to anyone in the Twin Cities looking for roofing to be done.
