We went to them for help. They promised to be the help that we needed. However, they never filed our case and only told lies. They don't have nearly an adequate staff to properly handle bankruptcy cases in any kind of timely manner. They cost us a lot, both financially and emotionally. We have a formal complaint filed against them with the OSB and have been advised to pursue legal malpractice against them. Other attorneys in the area who know of him agree that he is incompetent, never prepared, but always full of excuses. Just like the time he cut our meeting because of a ""sick kid at home"", just to find out he had really just gone skiing. He ripped us off and didn't get the jub done, just made the mess bigger.
