WOW, WHAT A DEAL DONT MISS OUT 4/25/2012

This is a very great place to go. I never had a problem with installtion great customer service and they do free estimates which saved me a headace. I had my carpet installed the very first day i called them. Overall this is a easy going nice carpet shop. They also SAVED ME HUGE discounts on carpet.\r \r 5 Stars. more

POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE THEY ARE PAID IN FULL 8/24/2008

They tell you they will remove the old carpet, but once they are paid, you will have to file a complaint with the Michigan State Attorney General's Office to get them to abide by the contract ($2.00 per yard to remove the old carpet and take it away). Cons: Us this company at your own risk. more
