My wife stopped for an estimate. Our car had been damaged in a parking fender bender. She was not happy with the treatment she recieved during the process so went to another shop....

They really care! 6/25/2016

I stopped in to have them evaluate an issue with my Expedition. They showed me how dangerous the problem was and were generally concerned for my safety. I did not in any way feel pressured to have them do the work. They were concerned about a true safety issue. I will return to Deano's to have more work done on my truck. more

Seems legit 4/6/2016

They literally offered me the lowest price to get my spark plugs changed than anywhere else. Also they are literally a one stop shop they do anything you want including details and paint jobs. Great place friendly staff and a great job done overall. more

We've been bringing our cars there after accidents for a few years now. Just recently paid off vehicles. We now have no warranty on them so we have started going there for maintenance. Very happy with our service so will keep going back. more

BEST MECHANIC 1/25/2016

I trust this mechanic better than any other I have used. It is great that I can take my vehicle to Deano's and have access to my service history, get accurate estimates and correct diag on needed repairs. I also like that I get their special promotions in the mail and my email. I take all my cars there for everything, and I recommend them to all my friends and family. more

Wonderful Customer Service 1/12/2016

The lady in the office was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the services recommended for my next visit. Also very courteous to my children- especially to my young daughter who loves to ask a million personal questions. Price was good, atmosphere was comfortable with books for kids to read, and the appointment was completed in a timely manner. more

Almost a 5... 11/20/2015

I am pleased with the friendliness of Deano's employees and the quality of the work. Vicki kept me in the loop as repairs were delayed, which I appreciated. The only reason that I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was due to the delays in the repairs; however, that was due to parts backordered. The other reason is that their were 2 corrections to the estimate, making it 3000 higher than the first estimate. more
