I belonged to the Dean network for my medical needs. Although I LOVED the doctors, the administration people were the absolute WORST!! First of all, I always check to make sure that they are an "in-network" facility for my insurance. They decided, without any notification to me, or my insurance company, that they were no longer happy with my insurance. They passed the buck onto me. After repeted phone calls to them stating that my insurance co. was trying to work with them regarding the issue, they demanded payment from me and stated that they were sending me to collections. They don't care to try and resolve issues, don't care what highly expersive and unexpected medical bills will do to a person. Just a typical corporation!!
