I've been a patient of Dr. Gray's for over 7 years and have am so thankful I have her. She cleared up my rosacea when 3 other dermatologists (including an 'expert' in Chicago) couldn't calm it down. I was in getting a facial from Shelly and she told me they were running an IPL special, (I am 42, grew up in intense sunshine in Florida and my chest was covered in freckles - big ugly ones, and probably at least 100 of them) so I went for it because it was a great price. I didn't expect much of a result, especially since it was an incredible deal. I had the treatment which did hurt a bit, and after a week and a half I noticed my freckles ""breaking up"" on my skin (looked like coffee grounds just as Shelly said it would), and another week later my chest was completely clear. I could not believe it - one treatment and the skin on my chest looks like it belongs to a teenager. The best part is that Shelly stands behind her work and will make sure you are satisfied with your result. Love this office!! more
