De Finis Auto and Truck Repair

I have been taking my car to definis station for many yrs.and I must say the they do great work. I have never had a poblem with the.and they always try to help me in the best way possible to save me money..i would recommend everyone to go here. This freakin guy should be out of business. A friend of mine took their car there, and has been for the last 4 years. After he completed the work, he pulled it out into his lot. While out there, he noticed a stranger walking around asking questions. the son of a b**** left my friends car in the lot, running with the keys in it and walked away to put another car in his garage. When he turned around, SURPRISE, the car was stolen. When they finally found the car a few days later it had been stripped of the exhaust system, the radio and several personal items inside. Not only did this piece of garbage not pay for the tow, he charged my friend for the repairs that were a direct result of his stupidity. He then had the balls to say he "Detailed" the car, when all he did was wash it and vacuum the drivers side. Personally, i think the son of a b**** was in on the theft, so do the police. If anyone is reading this, and still thinking of taking your car to him, you deserve to have it stolen. I more

Definis is located a block away from my house and I've gone here sometimes to fix minor car problems but I will never go again because they are a scam!!! I had them look at my muffler because it was making noises, and they said they fixed the problem, but within a week it was making noises again. So, I took the car back to my Saturn dealer and they said Definis didn't fix anything, but tried to cover up the problem and they only made the problem worse!!! I couldn't believe I was a victim of one of those car repair scams...but I won't be again and neither will you after reading my review! more
