Excellent service 10/16/2013

This is the secont time in 2 years that I have brought the vehicle back for warranty service - for only minor elements. The Service staff was outstanding and took care of any problems quickly and was done right at the beginning. I highly recommend their Service department - Thank you. more

Poor warranty execution, ability to compensate lack there of. 10/11/2013

Back when my vehical was in its 5 year 50k bumper to bumper warranty, starting at year 1, my airbag system light kept coming on, jon hall Hyundai serviced it a couple of times and thelight would come back on later. This continued until just outside of 2 years, when it happened a week or 2 passed the 2 year mark they said it was a bad battery. They would not replace it because the battery was only covered in the 2 year portion of their warranty. Anyway, the battery has been replaced twice, the airbag light has never came off in 3 years, even with 2 replacement batteries. On my recent warranty repair visit involving something else, I pointed this out to them, the only thing they could say was "its out of warranty now, you will have to pay for that repair". I found that funny because they weren't interested in fixing it while it was in warranty, this is why I will never buy a vehical from any Hyundai dealership, even david maus I had to fight with tooth and nail to honor warranty work, when jon hall couldnt help me with a serious power train issue because they were "too busy" and noted the air bag light being on at year 2 month 2 week 2. In all seriousness, the only reason this is a 1 out of 5 star rating, is because this site won't let me give them the 0 star rating they deserve. End rant. more

Car Service at Daytona Hyundai 10/7/2013

The service advisors had me wait for over 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to me, and there were 2 of them right in front of me as I waited without even acknowledging my presence. I guess they feel Black people are not in a hurry and can wait on them. more

Terrible service. 9/26/2013

Took a car in for a factory recall and was treated like dirt for even coming in. Parts manager made me drive 20 miles because he wanted to take pictures before deciding to do the recall and then didn't even want to replace all of the affected items. When he came out he couldn't be bothered to smile just rudely stomped out when I asked him to replace the other items on the recall. Wish I could rate 0 stars. more

I had an air bag light on and when I went to the dealer to find out why, I was charged $79 to get the diagnostic and then $7 to fill out the paperwork. Unbelievably, they then quoted a cost of $550 for replacement of a seat belt buckle. This is NOT customer service and I bought this car new from this dealership. more

This is mine and my wife's second time in two years purchasing two new vehicles from Daytona Hyundai. We have done so because of their top notch customer service, follow up and willingness to work with you to get the vehicles you want at a price your comfortable with. Everyone we work with is great. Our Sales Manager Larry Graves is the number one reason we keep coming back and will continue to in the future. He genuinely cares about you and your satisfaction with the vehicle and products he sells you. Larry is a friend and trusted advisor which is more than I can say for other dealerships I've been to. My wife and I drive an hour and a half every 3 months just to have our oil changed. Why you may ask when we could easily get a cheaper oil change closer to home? Personalized customer service that exceeds your expectations, that's why. Chris our Service Advisor along with Paully G. in the parts department and the other service technicians always provide prompt informative service with a refreshing sense of enjoyment and interest in ensuring your happiness. Charlie the General Manager is clearly a great leader as he knows how to hire and put all the right people together for a customer service experience like no other.
