We got one of the remodeled rooms. Parking is horrendous here but the room was very nice. New carpet, new counters, beds were clean but they could upgrade the mattresses to one or two more springs! All in all very relaxing and quiet. more

We stayed at the Ladson Days Inn at 119 Gateway Drive and were so happy with this hotel. Juanita at the front desk gave us a very warm welcome and even gave us coupons for a popular restaurant. She was friendly, courteous and very professional. Our room was HUGE and SPOTLESS!!!! The free wi-fi was great and the coffee maker and refrigerator in the room came in very handy!!! The continental breakfast area was very clean and the variety of food choices was plentiful. In the mornings we were greeted by Jan at the front desk. Another wonderful employee. She always greeted us with a smile and a ""good morning"". This Days Inn is in a wonderful, safe location with easy access to I-26 and 526. There's a McDonalds and a gas station with a food mart right next door. We will be visiting Charleston again next month and have already ""pre-booked"" our stay! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! A big THANK YOU to Juanita and Jan! Looking forward to my next visit! more

Enjoyed my stay. The rooms need a little preventative maintenance i.e., painting and a little sprucing up. Service was excellent. Got to my appointment with no problem. Very friendly staff. more

This is a nice hotel for the budget traveller.true they have a lot of construction workers staying there but you could not ask for a more friendly staff. The rooms are what you would expect at a lower price chain but are still very nice. more

The staff were great to us. We were there for a little bit of business and pleasure. They were warm and welcomed us. This was a great experience when we had been on the road for almost 6 hours. They ensured they would keep the room for us even though we were late getting in. more

looked like new carpeting, beds and furniture. very comfortable. had an unforeseen circumstance where we needed to extend our stay and the desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. McDonald s is right next door if their provided breakfast is not to your liking more

This is the clearest, nicest Days Inn I have ever stayed at. The rooms are huge, they have a beautiful counter top in vanity area. Nice shower. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was by far the best array of choices I've ever seen at a Days Inn. It is convenient to 1-26 and varies highways. I will definitely stay in next time I am back in the area. more

I travel extensively for work (180+ nights per year) and stay at a lot of Days Inn. This hotel is by far the best Days Inn I have ever stayed at. It compares favorably to hotels that charge much more. The facility is clean, bright and well equipped. Rooms have flat screen TVs, nice desks and comfortable beds. There is ample parking for large trucks or RVs if that is your mode of travel. more

we stay here every time we are close by to see family.We always get to check in when we get there,this time was around noon. We checked in once at 5:30 in the morning we told we would pay extra because we were tired after driving all night.No extra charge they were just happy to help out. more

We stayed here in May for one night before embarking on a Carnival cruise from Charleston. It was... well, it was better than sleeping in the van. The room was clean, which is paramount. The bathroom was clean as well. The pool almost offers a decent view of the interstate. There's a McDonald's and Waffle House within easy walking distance. The mattresses were old, a little lumpy, but OK. The only disconcerting thing about the place was the sheets -- no fitted sheet on the bed, so at some point during the night you find yourself sleeping directly on the mattress more
